DISCLAIMER: Due to high shipping volumes nationwide, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

At Elsopia, we partner with trusted carriers across the United States to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation.
  • Every order is carefully packed in durable boxes with protective materials to keep your products safe during transit.

Shipping Times

  • Free Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days after processing (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Expedited/Paid Shipping: 4–8 business days after processing (excluding weekends and holidays)

Once your order has been processed and shipped to our distribution facility, you will receive a tracking number via email. When your tracking status changes from "On Its Way" to "In Transit," delivery typically takes:

  • Free Shipping: 5–9 business days
  • Paid Shipping: 4–8 business days

Tracking Your Order

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package using the provided tracking number to monitor its progress in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time
  • Orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volumes during peak seasons
  • Address verification issues

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at help@elsopia.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Elsopia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • We recommend tracking your shipment and arranging for someone to receive it or requesting signature confirmation
  • If you believe your package is lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
  • We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been processed
  • If you provided an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order
